Refund policy

We offer a 30-day fit guarantee. If the fit isn't right, start a return or size-swap within 30 days of delivery — items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liner intact. Exchanges ship free; refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the item.

To reduce wrong-size returns, check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Hygiene note: For hygiene reasons, shapewear bodysuits and shaping shorts are final sale unless faulty.
